Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tradeflare LLC, a Missouri limited liability company in the United States ("Tradeflare", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information in the Tradeflare mobile app for iOS and Android (Android package com.rork.tradeflare, the "App"), on this website, app.tradeflareapp.com (the "Site"), and in the related services we provide (together, the "Service").

The short version

Tradeflare is a front desk and job app for home-service businesses and their crews. To make it work, we store your account, your company's team, the customers and jobs your business enters, job notes, and job photos in our cloud database and private file storage, hosted in the United States. Each company's data is visible only to that company's team. A business that uses Tradeflare controls the customer information it enters; we process it on the business's behalf. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and you can delete your account from inside the App.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Tradeflare is used by businesses (for example, a plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, or landscaping company) and the people who work for them. How we handle information depends on whose information it is:

3. Customer information entered by businesses

If you are a customer of a business that uses Tradeflare, that business decides what information about you it enters (such as your name, contact details, address, job details, notes, and photos of the work) and how it uses it. Tradeflare stores and processes that information only to provide the Service to that business. We do not use it for our own marketing, we do not contact you on our own behalf, and we do not sell it.

To access, correct, or delete your information, or to change your text-message preferences, please contact the business you work with. If you contact us directly, we will refer your request to that business or help it respond, as permitted by law.

Businesses that use Tradeflare are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store their customers' information, for giving any notices their customers are owed, and for recording and honoring their customers' contact preferences, including consent to receive text messages.
