Per-user pricing adds up
Jobber Connect for 5 users is $199/mo with no commitment, and extra users are $29/mo each. TradeFlare Pro covers 5 seats for $99.99/mo.
No crew radio
TradeFlare has a push-to-talk walkie-talkie with photos inside crew chat. We didn't find a walkie-talkie on Jobber's pricing page.

Jobber has a web/desktop app plus QuickBooks Online and Xero sync from Connect up. TradeFlare runs on iPhone and Android only and has no accounting sync yet (Books exports for your bookkeeper).
Back-office depth
Time tracking, job costing, route optimization, online booking, a client hub and a website builder. TradeFlare doesn't offer most of these yet.
Cheapest solo option without AI
If you work alone and don't want AI phone answering, Jobber Core at $49/mo (or $29/mo billed annually) costs less than TradeFlare Pro.

Can I import my Jobber data?
Not automatically today. You add customers and open jobs in the app, by hand or by voice. Company setup by voice takes about 10 minutes.
Is the AI receptionist really included?
Yes. Pro includes 250 AI phone minutes a month, Crew 600 and Founding Crew 150. Extra minutes are $24.99 for 100, $58.99 for 250 or $108.99 for 500. The front desk tells callers they're talking to an AI assistant.
Is there a contract?
No. Pro and Crew are month to month through the App Store or Google Play, with a 14-day trial in the app. Founding Crew holds $49.99/mo for 12 months.
Can I hear it before I switch?
